I think the Sabres will trade Mitts but it won't be until the off season. The Sabres can't take futures for him at this point and no buyers at the deadline would be willing to trade NHL talent for him.

The Avs are a good example, the Sabres would want a player like Manson in return for Mitts, but there is no way the Avs would do that at this point in the season.
