Such a smash for ANA imo. I’ll differ from Giggy and other Ducks fans on this one. If ANA could acquire a young, high ceiling legit top 6 winger like Holtz without giving up a young asset I can’t imagine they'd get held up on the $1.8M retention or a 2nd rounder. It’s definitely not a small amount for ANA, but Holtz is worth it.

I picture NJD fans hating this, but as long as Gibby’s healthy I do genuinely think they’ll be better for it
