I would do this all day if I was VAN. You are going to lose a big time player due to cap space anyways. And both Zegras and Carlsson are cost controlled for 3 years. Would allow them to actually make their team BETTER with the extra cap space. Leo is going to be a total stud. VAN would be opening a longer window for themselves. ANA would regret this long term.

I would take Zegras and Carlsson for Marner, as a Leafs fan, any day of the week. You keep the picks. Id still do it.

so you actually think the canucks would move there franchise centerman pettersson,while they compete for cups the next few yrs.and the ducks who are rebuilding,would move Leo who they are building there franchise around huh.are you a real person, or just a troll on here screwing with what you call fans,when its just people with pity for your lack of awareness.

I didn't say ANA would do it. In fact, if you learn to read, you would see i said they would regret it lol But keep making up false narratives about people and pretending they are real lololol As for VAN. I dont know what they will (i dont pretend to know anything I dont like you do about people you have never met like myself).
