While I don't believe Kakko's value is as high as Rangers fans say, I also do not believe it's nearly this low. Flyers trade is fair value wise, but it's not the type of player they'd be after. I am not on board with the rest of the Flyers fandom in thinking they don't need a goalie, but I don't think Allen is the one. I'm glad Harris isn't being overrated though, don't see much reason for MTL to want Nosek, but I think the value is reasonable.

lost hart yes, but ersson is probably a top 5 rookie this year. excluding his last 3 games he has a .920 since mid november

also have fedotov/kolosov/zavragin playing great in russia + bjarnason in whl. goalie is (shockingly) not a desperate need. the only goalie from the habs the flyers would have interest in would be montembeault

You can challenge it all you want, you are wrong. The Flyers have been planning on moving on from Carter Hart for the last year. Even if this situation didn't happen, I believe the plan was to trade him. They had been shopping him for a while now. Errson has been good in tandem with Hart all season and actually outplayed Hart in the last month. The Flyers also have a ton of goalie prospects. Briere might look to the waiver wire to add a goalie if Peterson struggles. But the GM, President and Head Coach have all said they are not buying.
