yeah that makes sense. the real standpoint from that trade is just trading Mikheyev to a team that he would likely have on his MNTC to clear cap, I just used Carolina here but I see your point

Would like to see a 1st come back if Tarasenko is moved but I dont hate it if its happening without retention.

There's no reason NOT to retain if it gets a better return. Sens don't have a miser for an owner anymore, there's literally no downside to retaining salary.

I think I would rather do Klimovich + 2nd + 4th than a late first
