not a bad offer.
oilers would decline 3 mill retention and having to find another top4 LD not worth it.

Like even without retention it's not even close to happening the retention just makes it comical

No thanks to Elvis even a 4m though you didn't up anything to obtain him.
Leafs are much better in future season with 6.25m in cap, the three picks rather than 6.25m Nurse

Did Bouchard and Ekholm die? Nurse is definitely not Edmonton’s best defenseman. He’s not even their second best.

Nurse is the guy who plays the hardest minutes. Has since he was 22.

Only this year has the TOI v Elites been shared over the top-4, but even then Ekholm - Bouchard get 50% OZS whereas Nurse - Ceci get 35% OZS. So Nurse is still taking on the harder minutes despite equal TOI v Elites.
