I'd argue we're going to listen to a lot of offers before deciding who to retain on since we only have one retention slot to be used between Duke, Barbie, Kahkonen, Kunin, and if we're lucky Labanc/Hoffman (not saying we'll trade all of them). For instance, if our best total return involves retaining on Kahkonen we'd retain on him instead of Duke.

I'd add Simek to the "if we're lucky" list but he was just named captain of the Cuda so I'm guessing they keep him for the year unless a great offer comes along.

It is a lot of work keeping these crazy armchair GMs honest
