3 way deal
Wheeler worth a 3rd
Lindgren worth a mid 1st + Timmins (or a late 1st + Robertson + Timmins) Basically a version of Tanev that has team control and a decade younger. Hence the slight premium
Basically comes out to 2 1sts + 2nd + 3rd for Zegras which is plenty.

Don't think any fan base will love it. That's probably why it's a fair deal.

I think that the leaf trade is super useless and other teams won't accept and im a ranger fan

Goodrow's contract is a huge burden at $3.6m x 3yrs, and you're not paying SJ for it at all in this proposal. That 3rd would need to be significantly upgraded, like a 1st

Sometimes when all three teams don’t love it, it just doesn’t make sense. I won’t speak for others, but I can say with confidence ANA is out. Need a blue chip piece for Z, which this is lacking. Very optimistic for Oth, but not as the primary piece in a Z trade supplemented by a late 1st

All 3 teams decline, Especially Anaheim as there's no way that offer is the winning bid on Trevor Zegras.

He's is clogging up their cap and he has no trade protection. He'll block all the other teams with space to absorb it. the New york mind say oh he played in SJ so he must want to go their and they must want him back. Since SJ is not a hockey market they must be stupid so we can dump him and get a player with value back
