          You really think the Leafs are in a spot to retain anything for the next 4 years? Take a lower draft pick and sell his full cap hit

          There are teams on the lower end of the cap that would take a reliable 3/4C. Just might be a very late pick or maybe we have to throw in a late pick but I don’t think retention is the answer for this team

          Would really prefer a 4C at under 1M but sure! At this price it’s an easy yes imo. Really doubt that TML will retain for so long though?
