Groupx's dad also works for the Ducks, so it's not likely BO is shipped off if we think he has a future with the team. Haha can be had for dirt cheap. Carrick is the likely trade bait 4C. Any chance you're done with Dellandrea?

What a bizarrely weird offer for Bo Groulx -- two AHL lifers and an over-the-horizon third. No, thanks.

I like what I’ve seen from BOG as potentially our 4C of the future

Not shipping him out of that

None of these trades make sense for Dallas. They’re giving up a 1st Round Pick, one of the best players in the AHL, and a handful of other decent pieces and addressing their big issue. They have absolutely no need for more forwards. Their top-9 is solid & they have a strong 4th line that already sees a 4 player rotation.

If Dallas is giving up any of these pieces, it’s to address their defense. Behind Harley & Heiskanen they are extremely thin and it’s something they need to address if they want to make a run in the postseason.

is Bourque not an overpay for Tarasenko? I wouldn't have thought Dallas would be willing to move him for much at all, really

He definitely is. Even if Dallas needed someone like Tarasenko, there’s no shot they’d give Bourque for him, much less Bourque AND a 1st

yeah I mean I think Bourque for Tarasenko 1 for 1 would already be more than Dallas should give up
