Um.... what? I'm trying to be super nice here, but that return is absolutely over the top.

Sabres yes, and you are on a recorded line so no turning back now.

Apparently they arent....Anthony Di Marco from TFP just mentioned that they aren't in on Middlestadt. They are interested in Krebs and other young reclamation project centers.

I feel like Mitts would fit in perfectly.

Frost is an ideal 3/4 center for the Sabres. Lawton can be a good 4th liner and the first is a first.

So, a 4th line center for a horribly coached team, and a late first round pick, which is... a pick.

My questions remains unanswered.

Don Granato is a decent start, to leave.

I don't disagree, but I trust Di Marco. He might not fit contract wise. Philly needs to extend tk, maybe they don't think Mittilstadt makes sense to invest in.

@JLance is correct

Imo, Sabres are likely to give Mitts a deal in the 7x7 range

@Csick, your proposal doesn’t actually help the Sabres move forward, so it just doesn’t make sense for us

Would ABSOLUTELY have to get back a top4 RD, who is defensively oriented, and fits our timeline- so around 26-27yrs old

We aren’t trading Mitts for parts,, or for futures
I really don’t think we are trading him at all

Yes because players don't have off years. Same thing was said about Cat and low and behold he goes to a different team and he's almost a PPG player. Is he perfect, No. But he would bring things to the ice the Sabres need.

Fine, send them Jost and a 3rd round pick. Using a player like Mittelstadt to acquire a player like Laughton is asset abuse.

Well it's not just Laughton and the 1st can be used on other things if need be.
