I really like the depth but Kenny money the goat will not throw away all those first rounders and the Wild will not do double retention for a system player. I really like the idea but the execution is to be reevaluated. Artem Zub is a god in himself and the Sens fully embrace his culture so I think he stays in Ottawa but I see you with that one. Keep up the great work and maybe one day you can be a real nhl GM smile

Need a better prospect than Tullio for Dowd at half retention

Sens definitely won't trade Zub. Too important to the blueline

Sens don't consider. you can have Tarasenko at 50% retained for a 1st straight up, that's the extent of it

I’m just curious if the value is faire even if ottawa won’t trade him. So zub for bourgeault, 1st, 3rd amd niemelainen

I love that the Wild are slowly becoming known as the team who will retain for picks. Has worked out pretty well for us so far, so why not keep doing it.

Being the broker is going to cost more than a former 7th round pick who has done nothing in the AHL. We got a 5th from Boston to keep $1.275 million of Orlov's contract last season. Double retaining on Tarasenko would mean us keeping $1.25 million. You'd likely be giving us a 5th as well.

based purely on value, yeah that's probably not too far off. maybe change the 3rd to a 2nd or something along those lines, but that's splitting hairs
