I would say no. I don't see Dallas heading an interest in trading Bourque and same with Jersey and Mercer. They would rather give picks.

They keep getting brought up and I have some difficulty seeing either actually being feasible.

I have especially seen deals with Bourque for Tanev lately and there has been significant chatter around Mercer and Markstom.

Seems like a pipedream.

Definitely not Mercer, He's just not on the table for a piece like Markstrom and they'd be hesitant even if it was even value. Mercer is only 22 and NJ fully expects him to develop into a good top 6 wing who scores 70+ pts

Don't see why were paying an extra pick along with a max retention for one asset no matter how good he is, its been stated that Markstrom will only be moved for an offer that can't be refused and that just isn't it.
