Substitute Tyson Foerster, who plays a position at which we need help (RW), for Frost, who plays a position at which we don't need help (C), and that's a reasonable offer for Trevor Zegras. But I'm firmly convinced that Z isn't on the market when his trade value is at an all-time low.

If he IS on the market at the draft, it will be because he's resumed his prior performance level in the remaining games this season, and his value will increase.

If Adams trades Krebs for Laughton, Buffalo fans are going to come for his head

ZERO interest in Risto. Media hype to sell ads or subscriptions.

Was listening to locked on sabres podcast, they talked about Laughton. Basically- doesn't put up points despite getting 3c time (over 10 years), is in the 14th percentile defensively, no transition game to speak of, but he has snarl, and he makes 3m per for 2 more years. I adamantly disagree with Joe DiBiase that the Sabres don't need snarl, frankly they need a lot, but I'm with him on most other ideas. Laughton is zemgus girgensons, a ten year vet on a team that does nothing. Snarl is certainly something we should look for, but he's not a good hockey player.
