COL trade makes absolutely no sense for the Avs.

I doubt the Avs would want to add 3m cap space on D. They already have a solid group and spending that 3m on a forward would make better sense.
But as a Leafs fan that 4th for Forbort looks not too bad and I am in.
I think Boqvist offers better upside than Duhaime but it is a bit of a wash right now.
Philly is in the playoff hunt after a long absence so I really can't see them trading their better players. I think their fans would get very upset.

I agree, but to be fair a 4th for Forbort is not a bad deal, just not a deal that makes any sense for the Avs.

BOS trading for a C doesn't make a ton of sense.

You're not getting positive value for Forbort at this point unless BOS retains salary, which won't happen.

I don’t get the infatuation B’s fans have with Duhaime.

Lauko averaging 3 hits per game.

Duhaime 2.4

Steen 2.3

None of them put up anything in the way of offense. Don’t see the upgrade. It’s just giving up an asset for a lateral move.

Bruins have 9 forwards with more goals than Laughton, 8 with the same amount of points or more. Solid player, but trading a 1st for something they already have would be poor asset management. If they trade a 1st, go after Hanifin, Middleton or a scoring forward
