I’d send ‘25 1st then or ‘24 1st with conditions to switch to ‘25.

I feel like a broken record but Trotz has made it abundantly clear he isn't trading Saros unless he gets a legit blue chip prospect coming back. He's looking for Clarke/Byfield. Before you get upset, I know yall dont think he's worth that. But thats the ask and Kaliyev and a struggling AHL player isn't what we need. We would rather re-sign our Vezina caliber goalie until he's 35 then take guys that MIGHT turn out to be legit NHLers.

You can't trade for Saros with an extension in place this season. He's not eligible to extend until July 1.

Talbot has a NTC and isn't going to accept a trade to a non-playoff team.

I don't think Nashville has any desire to trade Saros and will only trade him if someone blows them away with an offer. Like Trotz said last season, he's doing his job by listening to offers, but they'd prefer to just re-sign him and keep him around in net.
