Impossible to get that much value as a sign and trade from a UFA in the offseason also devils probably don't buy reinhart at 30 double his career shooting %

You just take out first round prospect from Nashville basically for free.

You aren't getting that kind of price for Reinhart. I wouldn't do Mercer 1 for 1 tbh given the full picture of development, age, and contract status. There's no way the Devils add an A prospect in Casey to the mix

It’s just Reinharts rights…so should be no more than a single mid pick.

L'Heureux is a 1st round prospect nashville likes and is having a really great rookie AHL season. Zero reason for them to consider this. Value wise their upgrading a 3rd to a 2nd.... at the cost of a former 1st round prospect that is maturing well.

Why would Anaheim trade for a 31-year-old LW when that's one of their strongest and deepest positions?
