Can't imagine Dallas has any real need for Guentzel considering they're the highest scoring team. And I'm not sure if you're including Marchment as a cap dump, but he's having a fantastic year.

IF Dallas were to aquire him, I think it would be something like a 1st, a 3rd, ONE of either Bourque OR Kyrou, and RyJo.

Also PIT isn't retaining on Graves for 5 more years.

Not sure where all the Guentzel to Dallas trades came from, but Dallas is really one of the last teams that would be in on Guentzel. Their offense is currently the best in the NHL and it's set up to be one of the best in the NHL for a little while. I can't see them trading those kind of assets for a player that they don't need and doesn't really make them much better than they already are.

Dallas' big need is on the blue line, not in their forward group.

The Guentzel trade proposals come from having Bourque and Stankhoven. They are coveted by other fans. They want them badly enough to offer their best trade piece.

No thought given to whether it makes sense from Dallas perspective.

This just makes zero sense for Dallas.
