These are pretty awful- the Sabres need physical defensive players all over the roster. Bleuger is the only player that makes any sense here.

Don't worry, Minnesota has no desire to make that trade either. Mittelstadt isn't a good fit for us and wants to get paid which is an issue when we're in cap hell. Along those same lines, we don't want to be giving up our 1st in a year we very realistically could still miss the playoffs and actually get a good draft pick.
