    Also, 1st + Roy for Chychrun is an overpayment and the Kings most definitely do not need both guys.

    If Roy was confirmed to be willing to extend in Ottawa I'd be down for a deal built around that

    A first plus a second or prospect plus a third (or a first and two prospects) is reasonable for Hanifin, but we wouldn't pay more because we don't think that we could re-sign him this summer.

    Chychrun would be a first plus two prospects plus a third, but we wouldn't trade away his defense partner Matt Roy.

    I don't think that we need both Chychrun AND Hanifin.

    Based on Conroy’s trade history this year, Flames are t looking for a bunch of picks and prospects for Hanifin. I’d imagine a deal has to start with Turcotte + 24’ 1st rounder playoff protected. Flames need young centres so I can’t imagine a deal without Turcotte in it

    Hanifin will only extend on the East Coast It's already been confirmed by numerous insiders. So he'd be a rental only in LA.

    And i'm sorry i don't see Detroit boy Matt Roy extending in Ottawa. There's a greater chance of him signing with his childhood Red Wings than ottawa.

    Oh yes it has, It basically said he wants to be near home in the Northeast or somewhere in the east. Hence being heavily linked to Boston, Florida and Tampa.

    laugh Dude it wasn't Seravalli, Friedman, Dreger, LeBrun and Chris Johnston all stated that he wants to play near home. LA needs to worry more about Goaltending than a LHD.

    Yzerman is heavily pursuing LHD/RHD. So if Blake were to move him. I'd definitely see Yzerman being involved.
