Honestly, that's a bit more than I expect Tanev to return.
What about Lundell and McAllister instead? You'll want to hold onto Mahura for playoff depth, and then you can hold onto some picks still too.

Hawks wouldn’t have any interest in either of those players but probably pull the trigger just for the draft picks.

I think much like last year Chicago might have interest in bolstering Rockford's roster but I doubt either would see time in Chicago. I think they accept the trade as offered and send them straight to Rockford.

Like the Hawks trade for both sides, that's a yes for sure. Anaheim says absolutely not though.

I agree with Yeahrighttt, I would take the picks Florida is offering for TJ and let them keep the AHLers. Rockford reinforcements will be coming in the form of Slaggert and possibly Nazar when the college season ends and Ludwinski, Hayes and Savoie once their junior seasons are over. It is more important for those young guys who will potentially have long term roles in the organization to get professional experience and exposure to the organizational standards then to take a shot on some 26 year old who has already hit his high water mark.

Valid points I can't argue with.

Yep. I was gonna say this. We have a bunch of guys who should be hitting the AHL for us next season. No need to fill the roster with more career AHLers. They probably just resign the ones they already have if they need to fill in some gaps.

Kierstad is a LhD so he's an automatic No. Luostarinen is a bottom-6 winger and Sourdif's ceiling doesn't appear to be above that. The future second and over-the-horizon first won't be actual NHLers, in all likelihood, until 2028, if ever. And you think that package is worth a flashy scorer and proven talent whom you're going to play on your second line?!?!?

I don't think so.
