Domi has been playing center for the Leafs and finding a lot of success in doing it, to the point he's being trusted with the 2C role in order for Tavares to bring some offense to the 3rd line. The Leafs don't really have a solution for 2c/3c without Domi so if he's being moved out, they'd need to be getting a center back which Toffoli isn't.

None of what you have is even remotely interesting for them as NSH already has a future goalie and they have a warchest of RW's. NSH doesn't trade Saros to NJD unless it lands them one of Holtz, Mercer, or Casey. Anything without one of them gets beat by another team looking for a goalie.
