I’ve liked the way the team has been playing recently and I believe this small change is all that’s needed to give us a better chance this year, without giving up to many assets.

The trade for Larsson gives us two years at an affordable cap hit plus a later draft pick. I’m not the biggest fan of Robertson especially now that other guys have stepped up and are contributing more than him.

The trade with Jones and New Jersey is what I believe a team looking for goaltending help, at a more than affordable cap hit would pay, this trade doesn’t necessarily have to be with New Jersey though and could be any other team looking for the same thing, I just feel the Leafs should cash in on at least one asset from this season plus it frees up some cap space for Larsson.

Could take a chance sending Lagesson down but in this case I’ve sent Reaves, he’s been good recently so it’s a coin flip between them.

Would like to hear thoughts and what you would do differently.
