1. They can bring an expensive wing at the cost of what Dman they can add or 2. Add 2 nice Dman but are limited to around a 2.5-3m middle 6 forward and 1.5m backup goalie

Yeah, I think a cheap winger is the way to go. Leafs still need another NHL behind Matthews, Tavares. Even if a guy like Domi at 3.25m

Tolvanen makes sense for them to move considering their roster, especially since they will have to pay a pretty penny to Beniers and Daccord is gonna get a hefty pay day too.

Beniers has not had a great season so wont get a significant raise. They have little to worry about for Tolvanen as they got 22m in cap and Daccord aint up till 2025

I'm done with him now. Offense dies on his stick and defense has become Holl level of concern. Unless its league min to sit in the pressbox move on
He's got the highest XGA/60 on the team's defense at 3.65 rn

Maybe its time for a shakeup to wake em up. Maybe a HS of Matthews would do the trick. Worked when Rielly got suspended maybe its time for something less extreme but still eye opening
