Not exactly what I wanted, but it’ll do

Just found out the 3rd is conditional so the trade now sucks. Conroy should have waited for a better offer

Love this trade for Dallas. They have to be the favorites for the west after this trade right?

I think if the avs can get another center I still like them to come out of the west but you have to say dallas has as deep a roster as anyone in the league.

They got dummied by Colorado 20 hours ago…

I would still take them over the Avs. Better goal tending, so much depth down the middle and adding Tanev makes them better. Lets just wait and see what the avs do

Oof, the 3rd is conditional on making the cup final so really it's most likely not even there.

Could argue semantics about the prospect, but a 2nd + a decent prospect is about what Tanev was going to fetch. Sure should've gotten a mid round pick for the retention, but that condition isn't terrible.

Yeah, I just don’t know anything about Grushnikov and I don’t like what I’m hearing about him. Wish that 3rd was fixed or easier conditions and that Dellandrea, Arcuri or Minnetian were the Prospect instead. Oh well

Not sure what you expected, but Grushnikov is a little bulldog and a potential 3rd liner in the league. You did a tad better than I’d have expected. I’d rather have Grushnikov over a late third rounder.

I was hoping for Arcuri, Dellandrea or Minnetian as the prospect. Don’t know much about Grushnikov, not really liking what I’m hearing, but hopefully he’s better than Kyrou who I didn’t want

With retention I wanted that 3rd unconditional or another prospect instead

Think you're mixing up Grushnikov with someone else. He's a 6'2 dman who projects as a 6/7.

Sorry … more a designation that he is a little bit of a pest instead of anything about his size.
