Hawks decline both deals. Not enough for Murphy. Absolutely no need for Gregor.

Gregor is on an expiring deal and a 4th liner, why would Chicago a rebuilding team give up anything for him? I know he is a great skater which the Hawks covet but they could very easily go after him in the offseason if they were interested.

As for the Murphy deal, if you replace Hirvonen with Moldenhaurer I would probably accept.
