so u wanna trade someone with 23 points for a guy with 22 points but ur gonna throw in byram for the ****s and giggles? i get ur desperate for a 2C but theres better options lmao personally i think running Mikko at 2C and getting a scoring winger is the way

He's not a true center though. Yes he can play the position, but not for an actual playoff series. He's most affective as a wing. However, I don't disagree with saying there are better ways. That ain't it for sure

I don't think that is the best use of Byram as an asset. I don't want to trade him, but if the Avs did, it has to be for a player with similar term and RFA control (see Frost, Morgan). I DO think that pulling Gourde out of Sea is ideal (even if Sea seems like they dont ever trade anything of value), but the cost is probably shocking. Sticking him between Nuke and Lehcky is an absolute nightmare 2nd line.

Frost isn't enough value for Byram. Gotta be someone like Necas.

Well certainly not 1 for 1 - Frost + (insert shrug emoji here). screw it, I dont want to trade Byram at all.
