Blues aren’t taking Holl. This offer isn’t good enough.

Kings are in the playoff hunt.

They won't be trading Roy.

I do have Stevie signing the Michigan boy on July 1st.

Blues don't have to trade Buch as he's not a rental.

They'd get a very nice haul if they did but they're certainly not taking Holl who'll likely be bought out this summer.

Welcome to CFACGM by the way! 😁

Super-mega-califragilisticexpialidocious-no. Holl is of no use in our top 4, and you have not even factored taking him into the offer.

Colorado doesn't have the cap space or the need for Olli Maatta

Welcome to CapFriendly. Sometimes, it's not too friendly.

Matt Roy is the Kings' best defensive defenseman, and doubly critical to Los Angeles while his defense partner is week-to-week. Trading him would be tantamount to abandoning any hope of going far in the playoffs and maybe even reaching them in the first place. Moreover, there would be absolutely no reason to acquire a left-handed forward who wouldn't displace Quint Byfield, Kevin Fiala, Adrian Kempe, Trevor Moore or Pierre-Luc DuBois on the roster. This is an easier No than the last bad Matt Roy idea, but I'll put it down to the fact that this is your first effort. Don't be discouraged -- few of us were any better right out of the box.

All of these trades are significantly in the Wings favor, as a result looking very similar to the trades that I like to propose, therefore I 100% approve this message.
