No. Are you really going to lose this deal over that?

are you really making this decision the make or break of this deal

I told you I was not adding to the 5th and 7th. You need the cap room more than you need to upgrade from a 7th to 6th

Not if Anderson is coming back to me. Anderson is still good but is 36 and has 1 year left on his deal. Helley is controllable for a long time and is still younger than when goalies start to show signs of entering their prime.

                      A lot

                      like how much? Greiss?

How many times do we have to tell you that Greiss isn't worth much?

Kaprizov projects as a top 6F so again it would take a substantial offer.

Kaprizov was a 5th round pick ... i could do David Quenneville for Kaprizov and something pretty small. Both were later picks who have played good since being draft.

I have interest in Shore, Heinen and Miller, but would pay very little for them. If you put 2 or 3 together I could give you a 1st round caliber prospect like Vrana or Grundstrom or Goldobin.

                      Lmfao!

You wanted a 1st and prospect for Quenneville. Kaprizov has a much much better chance at being a top line player so no I have no interest in quenneville

Draft position means nothing or that's basically what you told me before.

of course he does! he's a forward and Quenneville is a D!

Either way, Quenneville got over a point a game in junior and he's a D-Man. Kaprizov got almost a point a game in the KHL and is a forward. so they're pretty similar i'd say. would you consider it if we take out the 'something small' going my way? so would you consider it straight up?

Chi and KHL are completely different leagues. One is pro and one is juniors. Kaprizov projects to basically be panarin. 1 good season in junior means absolutely nothing.

No thanks. Follorida thought he was good enough to protect and he comes at a fantastic price.
