Even if Tarasenko only gets like 8 points in the last 19 games, its STILL worth it for Florida because of how cheap he was to acquire.

If Tarasenko had no trade protection the return would have been way more. He just decided he wants to go to Florida so there's nothing Ottawa can do about that.

If you think about it the sens got 2 free picks. It wasn't like the sens were playoff material before the season started so they signed tarasenko and now got 2 picks. Classic.
