From a caps fans view. Jake, he is a good playoff scorer

Based on price it would take to acquire them, Toffoli 100%

If the asking price for Jake comes down then it's obviously Jake. But I have to go with Toffoli. I really like this player and he likes playing in Van and had good results in VAN the first time he was here.

Eberle: 2nd+4th
Toffoli: 1st+sweetener
Guentzel: 1st+Prospect minimum but whatever the bidding gets to which could be crazy

I'd rather have Guentzel.
Since Canucks can't afford Guentzel, then I would get Toffoli.

I'd say Toffoli. I get that Guentzel is better, but...

1) Toffoli has been here before and been a fit on and off the ice (e.g. won't mess with team chemistry).
2) His acquisition price will be lower, which means you won't have to touch any key prospects or anyone from your roster most likely.
3) Vancouver may be able to sign him to a reasonable contract relative to his age, whereas I think Guentzal is going to get his 6-8 years despite almost being 30.

None.
None have cap control after this season and will likely cost a decent/good future(s). If they have any of the 3 on the roster the Canucks still likely don’t make it out of the West, decent chance they don’t even make it out of the second round.
