I half agree, but not sure BMac hasnt already written him out of the Top 6 long term. At least recent play made his value a 4th rounder not a 6th or 7th.

If someone wants Patches now for their playoff run, they have to take him full price. Caps used all 3 slots already on Mantha, Edmundson, Kuznetzov. I still think he gets traded here soon but what do I know...

I don’t see the Stars using a 1st for a 4th line center when they have two already (Faksa and Steel). If they are parting with a first, it will be for a top 4 defenseman
