I would much rather Parekh + Brady over Celebrini + a late 1st in 2025

Interesting take I think you could argue Ottawa includes the Boston 1st instead of “5th”. For arguments sake I don’t think the difference between 1st and 5th is a Brady sized hole.

No chance CHI gives up the potential of having Bedard and Celebrini as their top 2 centers for the next 7 years (until they both leave to fulfill their dreams of being Canucks) for Brady Tkachuk when they could just sign Reinhart to play with Bedard and Celebrini

That trade still favors the Hawks. It's not unreasonable to think Brady for Celebrini straight up is close to fair.
