The no State tax is a factor.

But CS is going to get offers in the 6 mil range.

Good C's in their primes get paid.

All the UFAs are way below what they'd actually get. Hanifin has been underpaid for years, he'd likely get 7-8 mil, Stephenson is likely in the 5.5-6.5 range. I would think Marchessault would get 6+

its funny because if you redo this AGM but keep mcnabb and roy, send brisson and morelli down, and then swap rielly for korczack... its still cap compliant.
