Jenner is probably worth too much for Columbus for Buffalo to be willing to pay the price for him. He is highly valued in Columbus for the very same reason that he would be good for Buffalo. Similarly, I really want Columbus to get rid of Provorov and acquire Ferraro from SJS, but after the Hertl trade, he is basically their only veteran leader (who is not injured all the time) and thus basicallly untouchable.

Probs would not take a whole lot for Kunin, he wears An A rn tho sough maybe a hair of overpay but not a whole lot

Would be good pickups for the Sabres, Kunin is a piece of **** though.

I think you’re right about Boone Jenner, it’s more of a pipe dream to bring in exactly the type of leader this team doesn’t have already. I keep thinking back to the kind of player that Chris Drury was when we brought him in, and who fits that mould now. That’s the type of player this team needs and there aren’t many guys like that in the league anymore. Not everyone I mentioned here fits that exactly. I would say Jenner and Bennett are the two.

He might be a giant piece of ****, but that’s exactly what this team doesn’t have. We need somebody who is a little bit intimidating, physical, And pushes the limits of the rules once in a while to protect his own team, if nothing else. The fact he wears a leadership letter in San Jose is only a positive. He would be a solid addition to the bottom six of this team.
