Last offseason the Hawks got a 2nd round pick to take one year of Josh Bailey with a $5m cap hit. So, that is the price for Chicago to take Smith.

smith isn’t a negative asset like bailey. doubtful he gets traded to chicago as teams were interested in him at the deadline
