Tell us all the prime asset that Anaheim is getting in that offer.

I'm surprised that you don't know who Mikey Anderson is. Los Angeles wouldn't trade him alone for that package.

Habs easily decline.

It would make more sense for the habs to just straight up buyout anderson than take that albatross of a deal in Dubois. Thats easily a bottom 3 deal leaguewide.

Fun fact hes the 28th highest paid forward. Only backstrom (whos probably done at this point) has a worse ppg that makes more.

Of the 81 forwards making 6 million or more hes 75th in ppg. 3 of the remaining 6 after got shipped out with more than 1 year lef at 50 percent retained

Oh and his defensive metrics are horrible pretty much every year and cant win a faceoff.

At this point it would be better for la to admit they made a mistake and buy him out while hes still under the 1/3 buyout

Yet again, quantity doesn't buy you Zegras, offer a quality return and we'll talk. That requires one of Slafkovsky, Reinbacher, or MTLs 24 1st to be offered as the center of the trade.

That package is basically a ‘25 1st and Beck for Zegras. There’s no way that’s enticing enough for the Ducks to move him.

Drop all the other unnecessary pieces and replace the pick with the MTL ‘24 1st and you’re about the right value. I’d still expect the ducks to say no, but the value would at least be about right

Isn't it amazing that the same people who think that 30-year-old Josh Anderson will magically snap out of it next season are the ones who think that we should give up on 26-year-old Pierre-Luc DuBois?

And yet they have this wet dream that we're going to give them PLD for pennies on the dollar.
