1.
NYI
Only three roster players I see who have a >10% chance of being moved. Wahlstrom is 90% going to be gone, Bolduc would be moved in a trade for a better defenseman but is likely only close to 10% or so. Pageau is around 20%. I don't think it would happen but if we make a move, we will need to clear cap and he is the easiest choice
    2.
    NYI
    1. Colton, Ross
    2. Girard, Samuel
    Additional Details:
Colton obviously has a NTC but he fits more of the profile of what I could see NYI bring in. A lot of these guys are left handed, centers, and will have 2+ years at an affordable price.

Girard has been linked to NYI for a long time. Is this likely? No. Honestly close to 5%, but again, COL is tight to cap and will need to move someone. Will it be Girard or Colton? Probably not, but these are just ideas I could see Lou persuing
    COL
    3.
    NYI
    1. Coleman, Blake
    2. Kuzmenko, Andrei
    3. Mangiapane, Andrew
    Additional Details:
Coleman: Older, career year, and the prime time to overpay. Honestly the perfect fit. As well, he is a lefty, with term and would fit well with Barzal and Horvat. Solid defensively. If the price did not take a first (lets say Pageau + Wahlstrom + 2nd rounder (43 OVR or so) id do it. Will that be it? Doubt it.

Kuzmenko: His value has plummeted, and trading for him may be a good idea. I think its very possible to see him go for like a 3rd + Wahlstrom for 1.5 mil retention. Could also see a world where he goes for a second. All a guessing game but I just don't think his value is high. Never did with Vancouver and don't now

Mangiapagne: I have wanted him for a while but he hasn't been moved. Similar to Kuzy but likely a bit more?
    CGY
    4.
    NYI
    1. Smith, Reilly
    Additional Details:
Just so Lou. Not much needs to be said
    PIT
    5.
    NYI
    1. Batherson, Drake
    2. Brännström, Erik [RFA Rights]
    3. Chychrun, Jakob
    4. Pinto, Shane [RFA Rights]
    Additional Details:
Batherson is much more of a reach, but if they look to make real changes, I could see it. Close to 3% chance he gets moved id say

Brannstrom seems more likely to be sent out, and I could see as a throw in or a mid pick

Pinto would be interesting. he's been linked to NY a lot, and rightfully so, but it feels less likely with Norris' inability to stay healthy. However for a top 15 pick, its possible.

Chychrun's asking price appears to be a 1st + other piece, so a better first than they'd get elsewhere (top 15), young defenseman in Bolduc and 2nd or 3rd rounder seems more fair. Or Dufour/Maggio instead. Or even a deal with Pageau if they have interest
    OTT
That shining top 15 pick they can use or use as trade bait to move up!

Chychrun is available. A deal centred around the NYI 2024 1st would make sense.

We can have a conversation about Batherson but Sens would need an overpay because Batherson has a great contract.

I personally am a big fan of Brannstrom so wouldn't even consider moving him for anything less than a 2nd or in a hockey trade that makes us a better team but a lot of Sens fans think otherwise and would give him to you for a mid round pick. I guess it's what Staios thinks that matters.

      Pinto is not going anywhere.

Pinto's name has been circulated for a long time.

And Ik I'm some random on capfriendly but my best friend is neighbours with his parents lol, and apparently he has some frustrations with the organization. Are they enough to get him out as an RFA? Who knows. This could be normal. But he isn't some lock to stay, it is possible he gets moved

I actually have a friend who goes to school with this guy who's teacher has a dog that gets walked by the same dog walker as Shane Pinto's cousin who says Pinto wants to sign longterm with Ottawa.

I'm just joking I'm just joking

I feel like if Pinto has/had some frustrations with the organization they would probably have been from the summer or previous years when Dorion and Melnyk were running the show. Now that the Sens are in much better hands with Staios and Andlauer, I'm not sure what he could be mad about, especially considering the whole gambling thing. I feel like he should just be trying to get his career back on track and move on.

His name was briefly out there after the Tarasenko signing when they literally didn't have cap space to sign him. Since then, he got suspended, got signed, and by all accounts really appreciated the way the team handled his suspension. There's no story here lmao

Also his Dad has been Sens posting on Twitter all season

Manson has negative value and seems harder to move. Colton is at least good

I'd be happy with a 3rd at this point

Does anyone in Anaheim that needs a change of scenery?

Calgary keeps Coleman unless someone makes a crazy good offer for him. The other two could be available for less but not at bargain basement prices.

Depending on how much Conroy and the scouts like him Wahlstrom is a player Calgary could be interested in as part of the return for Kuzmenko or Mangiapane. A right shot RW with good size who was drafted 11th OA might be a project worth taking on even though he's an RFA in line for a raise. A change of scenery might be all he needs. Retention on Kuzmenko or Mangiapane would be possible depending on what else Calgary is getting.

Colton seems to be the odd man out looking at it but could be Girard. I think at the moment they'd be more likely to keep Manson purely because he's really the only physical D they have. Lehkonen would be the outside bet to be moved. One of those four almost certainly has to go though if not two.
