I can't see Columbus saying yes. No reason to swap an NHL defenseman for an AHL forward.

Don't see any of these deals making much sense. The last thing we need is another offensive minded right shot defenseman.

Trading Pettersson for a bottom pairing replacement and a mid to late first round pick and having Graves playing 20+ minutes a night sounds like a recipe to hand San Jose the first overall pick in 2025.

If it helps, they may end up with that regardless on their own merits (or lack thereof).

But yeah, if y'all are wanting to dump Petterson like that, give us a call. It'd make a lot more sense for the Jackets than that silly Boqvist trade.
