Yeah no team would trade a top 7pick for him.

I mean OEL got the #9 so we never know..

He's a left shot and will refuse to sign here like he did in Niagara but I'd say Sanderson

Yea, I know Durzi will never be worth a 1st Rd pick, but Sens can keep the 1st Rd pick and give the Yotes something else.

Pretty sure moving picks before they were ready to compete is what got the Sens into this mess...

    EK 65 (1 mil retained)
    2024 pitt 1st (non transferred)

    For

    Chabbot
    2024 OTT 1st
2024 BOS 1st or prospect of interest

Pitt moves up a couple spots, gains either a late 1st or prospect of interest, shaves 1 mil in cap, and gets younger.

    Ottawa gets their hero back.

rofl OTT would not do Bos 1st for EK, easy pass, dumb trade for OTT, EK would make OTT worst

Bro we wouldn't even do Chabot for EK lol, no way we'd add a top 10 pick.

Pitts pick is also top 10, you'd be trading back like 2 spots.

Pitts would accept EK for Chabot straight up 1 for 1 and we'd still say no. This draft is very top heavy, once you get past like pick 7 you fall off a cliff prospect wise so we cannot afford to move it.

They're three points out of the Top 5.

So again, tell me more about how they should trade it for a 34 year old wash up on an albatross deal. tears of joy

They're 7-3-0 in their last ten and and they're three points out from 9th as well with the teams around them in free fall, and again, it's trading back a couple spots, not trading the pick FOR Karlsson. Sort yourself out.

No, they aren't, but they are still acquiring Karlsson. Last thing Ottawa needs is a washed EK past his prime. They need younger, defensively responsible defenseman. They have enough puck movers.
