Surely Reinhart will get just as much from another team. Shouldn't the Habs be giving the Sharks the second rounder, for taking on Dvorak.

They dont, MontreaL fan thinks Dvorak has value. He's a cap dump and a pick would be going with him for a 7th in return. Star players with 7 pt season dont get 2nd rounders back

The question in the end is what is Bourque worth? If he's worth let's say a 12th OA pick, wouldn't that pick + a late first be worth a 6th/7th OA pick?

I understand the desire to keep that 1st but personally I would gamble on Bourque plus another first round pick prospect
