Solid AHL season, might have some potential as a future NHL goaltender.

Good depth signing. Will play well at the AHL level and can be an acceptable emergency call-up. No reason to complain about a league-minimum contract.

Great signing! Rodrigue is tracking just behind Skinner at the same age, he has shown a solid record of improvement every year. He should battle for the backup job next year and could settle in as the Oilers 1B in the near future.

He will be the backup next season, because Oilers can't afford to spend on the position with Campbell's upcoming buyout.

If they put Rodrigue through waivers instead, IMO someone should pick him up: he's 6'1", highly drafted, has good AHL stats and now on acheap contract.

Campbell has taught him everything he knows, mentoring him in the minors.

He'll be a future star goalie.

Thank you Jack.
