1. If you are paying for Lindholm, you are putting him with Pasta and Zacha.

2. Coyle doesn’t deserve to demoted after this year and I like the Marchand/Coyle/DeBrusk line.

3. Poitras becomes the third line center with Frederic. You can choose between Geekie and Heinen on the third line with the other driving the fourth line. If Poitras isn’t ready, Lysell takes his slot.

Don't agree with any of that.

I got that from your AGM. Think you are wrong, but the good news is lots of options and the team seems to be playing well before the playoffs.

Don’t get demoting Coyle after this year. The guy puts up career numbers and you’re removing him from the top 6? I love what Heinen has done and appreciate it, but the guy doesn’t deserve top 6 over Coyle. Neither would DeBrusk at this point. I’ do understand the desire to get Coyle/Frederic back together, but Coyle has been very good.

Also, Lohrei isn’t top 4 if you acquire McNabb. Not next year barring significant improvement over the summer. I’m hopeful that he will develop into one

I can understand keeping Zacha at center. I’d rather go after Guentzel than Lindholm if we are doing that

It's not about deserves it's about fit. The Heinen-Zacha-Pasta line is performing like a legit top line right now. Of every line in the entire league with minimum 100 min together, it's currently 3rd in goals per 60min, and it also gives up the least going the other way of all the lines in the top 5. And when I watch them play it doesn't look like fools gold either, it just looks like 3 guys with great chemistry. Big if, but if they can keep that going into the playoffs I'd have a really hard time breaking them up.

And a third line with Coyle and Frederic is a complete mismatch for most teams with Freddy being the player he's developed into, we saw that earlier in the year when they ran the JVR-Coyle-Freddy and it scored a goal like every game. It'd be a really deep top 9.

All rational thought processes though I’d argue that putting Lindholm in between Pasta and Zacha opens up a lot more possibilities than Heinen, I love the Heinen fit for what we have in the roster.

People are giving you a lot of crap, but I like this. IF the Bs are going to move Ullmark, the Devils make sense. I'm sure people will argue prospects all day, but a 1st, a B+/A- prospect or fringe NHLer, and a mid round pick is the best package the Bs could ask for.

I love going after McNabb, he and Carlo would be a great pairing, and I think capitalizing on VGK overpaying Hanafin is the way to go. There are literally 15 LD coming on the market in the 25 offseason, if 5 of them make it to FA, the Bruins can capitalize and get a long term add there.

Boqvist might demand a bit more, Swayman deal is perfect, love giving Heinen term over cap (definitely need him back), DeBrusk might test FA for that but he should take it if he wants to come back. Highly doubt Lindholm takes a 1 year deal though.

Lindholm is meant to be a 7 year deal, I did one year by accident and fogot to fix it lol. And Boqvist definitely asks for more, but I'm hoping we can get him cheap for one more year as an RFA before needing to give him a bigger cap bump. If not, we can run a 22 man roster and give him like 1.5mil instead.
