Nothing that interesting for Necas. I would want a good young forward coming back personally. They can make a contract work anyway along with keeping Guentzel by letting Skjei walk and playing Blake on the 3rd line instead of Perron.

It will be interesting how Carolina handles their cap situation this off season but I'd be willing to be they just try to move out contracts they don't want before trading Necas away.

I disagree... given that he's gonna be in his 30s for most of the contract and he's not a center that he probably isn't get much more than this

That offer isn't even in the ballpark for Martin Necas.

And from all reports David Perron is staying in Detroit for another season or two.
