That would be a big pass on Ottawa... Basically all Ottawa gets in that package is Raantanen & Georgiev for a season? Not going to happen

If Ottawa gets him signed to a realistic contract it would make way more sense with a long-term contract, especially with Brady signed for 4 more seasons at a very nice cap hit.

it would require an extension with Ratanen, but if Ottawa was gonna trade Brady for anybody (which they still won’t), then I could certainly live with it being for Rantanen lmao

I don't think sens would trade for rantenen if they weren't gonna extend him

OTT would rather have Brady at 8,2M over Rentanen who will want 12M+ in OTT,.

OTT would decline a Brady for Rentanen deal, Rentenen will be 28 and will want 12M+ in OTT, OTT problems aint scoring it keeping the puck out of the net and adding a 12M+ WINGER will screw up OTT cap situation and criple this team.
