VGK
  1. 2026 7th round pick (OTT)
Additional Details:
Alternative is just offer sheeting Korczak for 2.145M$ for 3rd round pick compensation and making Vegas decide what to do.
2.
OTT
  1. Verhaeghe, Carter
Additional Details:
Deal done on July 1st and both players extend.
FLA
  1. Chychrun, Jakob
Additional Details:
Hockey trade 1 for 1. Both are UFAs after this season. Sens could use a top line replacement after trading Brady,
3.
OTT
  1. Whitecloud, Zach
Additional Details:
Vegas gets a top 40 pick in this years draft + a cheap option for their 3rd pairing RD. Can remove JBD if they don't want him and we add a 4th.
VGK
  1. Bernard-Docker, Jacob
  2. 2024 2nd round pick (OTT)
4.
OTT
  1. Greenway, Jordan
  2. Östlund, Noah
  3. Quinn, Jack
  4. 2024 1st round pick (BUF)
Additional Details:

Just copied it from there to see Ottawas side.
BUF
  1. Tkachuk, Brady
Additional Details:
Ottawa gets Quinn to pair with Norris and Stutzle, Ostlund gives us a legitimate good prospect added to our pool finally and will play in the 25-26 season. This is the type of deal that would really make Staios consider moving Brady.
5.
OTT
BUF
  1. 2025 7th round pick (OTT)
Additional Details:
Goaltending is still an obviously glaring issue. Stolarz and Rittich aren't our goalies of the future but maybe we make a trade instead of signing them. Gus re-union maybe?

That goaltending would be just as concerning as it is now. And if you are banking on Norris staying healthy it seems like a large risk. Not to mention I do not see how you have stutzle on the second line.

Honestly I don’t mind if this team misses the playoffs again next year. Top 10 next year is beautiful too . The year after that is when I’d push

Exactly

Tkachuk, Giroux and Chychrun can give them pieces they can absolutely load up for the next 10+ years. They can retain on Chychrun and Giroux too

That Sabres trade isn’t happening
I know it was a Sabres fan who originally posted it,
but it’s simply too much for Tkachuk- not like he’s a 100point player

I couldn't figure out a legit way to fix the goaltending. Saros is going to kill us if we dish out what Nashville wants, and Ullmark is not waiving. Timmy on the 2nd line isn't actually 2nd line C, he plays the most out of any forwards, I just like Timmy with Norris + Quinn.

I think you could find the answer for your goaltending with John Gibson, Jacob Markstrom, maybe Spencer Knight. I think there are more options out there than not

If Gibson or Markstrom would waive I'd be down. Knight is interesting but idk if Staios takes that risk.

I feel like Knight might be the most lucrative of them all because he is so young with term and pedigree. I know he has had his struggles but he could be an elite goaltender in the nhl.
