Carolina laugh and passes, Martin Necas is worth way more. Carolina is in win now mode. And player and picks means absolutely nothing to them.

Flyers decline. Petersen's and Johansen's contracts only have 1 year left which is a lot more preferable than having Anderson's for 3 more years

If Necas signs for that number it'll be Carolina signing him.

Sharks offer is decent for a draft that's pretty weak after 16 or so, but also that PIT pick is looking closer and close to 12 than 16+. regulation loss eliminates them from playoffs

I'm sure Philly would rather the 9 mil cap hit for only one more year between Johansen + Peterson, than the 5.5 mil for 3 more years of Anderson

I think that if forced to make a decision this afternoon, San Jose would go with the odds and decline because the chances are that the Pittsburgh pick is #15 or earlier. (If Detroit and Washington win out, or if one of them wins out and the Islanders get a point against either New Jersey or the Pens, or if the Pens fail to win out, the playoffs are out of their reach.) But of course, San Jose will get to see exactly what the first 20 slots will look like (barring an unlikely run to the conference finals by a big underdog) by the end of the week and can make the decision then.

Carolina and Philadelphia have very quick No's.

That is why there are 100 acms trying to move up to the pitt pick. Montreal thinks no one else has scouted this draft
