Any team but Detroit.

I wanted to see how it feels to say that.

Because that's the answer I always get when I post CFACGM trades.

It doesn't really do much. LOL

I just can't see anyone giving up a 2nd for Smith, maybe a 3rd.

Boston trades Ullmark to free up cap space so they can easily match that.

No one is taking Graves for just a 5th round pick, it will cost two 1st rounders

Yeah Detroit would definitely decline.

Boston easily matches that OS on Jeremy Swayman. As he's probably going to get at least $6,500,000 per season on a long term deal anyways.

Why would we want soon-to-be-32-years-old Matt Nieto instead of one of those youngsters? Because we'd trade Turcotte, or the third plus either Hughes or Kaliyev, for Jarry, but not more.

And wasn't there bad blood between our current/your former goalie coach and Tristan Jarry?

Isn't the point of an offer sheet to try to make it so the other team can't match it...

Boston thanks you and runs away laughing. That'd be the biggest shot in the foot since Bergervin handed Aho to Carolina on a solid contract.

Kings would give up two very good players that are young and ready to take on bigger minutes and produce + plus a very good prospect in Hughes + a 3rd rounder for what? For a former long time Shark Nieto, who will not play anywhere else than in the 4th line and a Jarry, who isn't convinving me at all and has a Cap hit that seems way too big to take over for 4 years... I don't see the sense here for the Kings. Talking about Goalies, the Kings should be very agressive on the UFA market and actually target Nedeljkovic. They would pay half of the money compared to Jarry's contract and would'nt have to send anything in return
