I like it! Just can't see Kaner and Kyle kissing and making up.

I’d want this too. I’d give him 3 years to give him time to set a ton of American records.

As fun as it'd be, I can't see Kane or Davidson agreeing

I don't think there were hard feelings really. The whole thing seemed somewhat amicable, and Kane at least seems open to it. Not sure KD will be, but he should be. If I were him I'd be rethinking the entire idea of moving on from Kane and Toews. Kinda seems like those two fit the bill for what he and the players were talking about in the exit interviews. I'd even re-sign Toews if he is feeling good and up to coming back. After all, he did make a point to say he wasn't officially retiring.

I'd really be surprised if Toews plays anyplace other than Winnipeg assuming he even comes back. Kaner showed he can still play at a really high level, so if chasing another Cup is his primary goal, he should have his choice of teams. Can't imagine any GM wouldn't be in on him. Agree. Kyle needs to be open to a reunion if Kaner is. Just can't see it. But who knows?

Oh yeah. I get it. I just don't think it should be so cut and dry, and I don't think there were hard feelings.

I’m not convinced guys always want to go play for their hometown team. We love to see it happen but it’s pretty rare.

especially when your hometown team is the Buffalo Sabres or Winnipeg Jets and you're already a legend in chicago, lol
