If I am the Habs I would offer

Dach for Dubois
Newhook + Dvorak for Danault
Harris + Jets 1st + Flames 1st for Fiala

And before I get the cap issues comments we would be able to make it work with about 5.5 mil left over, I already checked lol

I think you missed that it was a reference to the same price paid by the Kings to acquire him.
